We're committed to ensuring you have a great shopping experience at badlandbatteries.com. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery following these conditions and guidelines:

Conditions for Returns

  • Direct Purchase and Condition: The product(s) must have been purchased directly from badlandbatteries.com and must be unused. All returned items must be in new condition with all original packaging intact.

  • Return Authorization: You MUST contact the Badland Batteries customer service team at orders@badlandbatteris.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) before shipping any item back. We cannot process returns sent without a pre-approved RMA #.

  • Return Form/Information: Please include a printed copy of our return form with your package. If you can't print the form, clearly write down all the required return information and include it in your package. (Note: You should provide a link to the form or specify where the customer can find it on the site).

Return Costs and Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the return, unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturer's defect, or if the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% Restocking Fee will be applied to all returns that are not related to the quality of the product (e.g., if you ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your mind).

Refund Processing

Your refund will be issued using the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
